To restore a column previously hidden, right click on a column heading and choose Restore Columns...
This displays the Show Columns dialog:
Selected columns are shown with a check mark in the adjacent box. To re-display a column, left click in the empty adjacent box. This places a check mark in the box and re-displays the column.
