Expression Alarm Examples

Example
Description
(SPZ4.low+SPH5.high)/2==470
Alarm if the expression is equal to 470.
SPZ4.close-SPZ4.prev<=10
Alarm if the expression is less than or equal to 80.

You can set an alarm using any expression you can state with mathematical operators. Currently, ranged functions do not work in alarms. This enhancement will be included in later releases of the program. Set the value by entering the expression value at which you want to be alerted. Expression alarms can include parentheses to specify order of operation, and any quote delimiter available in the program. For more information on quote codes, please read chapter 5, Quotes.
