Occasionally you will get a bad tick that comes down on a weekend. There are two methods for correcting this type of bad tick. The easiest method to fix bad ticks that come down on a Saturday or Sunday is to Exchanges sometimes broadcast bad prices after or before the normal trading hours for an instrument. Such prices are placed on either the first or the last bar and will seem un-correctable on a bar chart. To correct such ticks, find the tick on time & sales and correct it there. Alternatively, you can display the bad tick using the .HOURS 24 command on intraday (15 minute) and daily charts.
