Moving Quote Codes with a Mouse

To move a code with a mouse, follow these steps:

1. Position the mouse pointer on the code you want to move.

2. Click the left mouse key once.

The code is selected. You know the code is selected when it is boxed in red.

3. Drag the code using the right mouse key where you want it.

4. Release the right mouse key.

5. Press b or click the left mouse key.

The content of the cell locks into the new position.

This process enables you to adjust the spacing between codes and labels when you lay out a quote window. If you make a mistake in moving a code or a label, press s before you lock the element into position.
