Numeric Constants

A numeric constant is a number. Numeric constants typically serve as multipliers, divisors, or factors. For example, you use a numeric constant as a multiplier in a formula for Fast %K:

In this formula, 100 serves as the multiplier. (The number 9 in this formula sets the number of periods calculated by the MIN() and MAX() functions; its role in this formula, therefore, is to define a parameter.)
