Skipping Lines Between Symbols

The program allows you to quickly and easily enter several groups of contract symbols, in the order you specify, using the comma (,) delimiter.

To view all active contracts on one future, followed by all active contracts on one or more other futures, type the following:

<symbol>@,<symbol>@

where symbol is the first instrument symbol, @ specifies contract expansion, and (,) deletes everything following the first group of symbols and places the second group of contracts after the first group.

For example, to enter all active contracts on the Deutsche Mark, followed by all active contracts for the Swiss Franc, followed by all active contracts for the Japanese Yen, you would enter the following:

DM@,SF@

This would fill the first group of cells with all active Deutsche Mark contracts, followed by all active Swiss Franc contracts, followed by all active Japanese Yen contracts.

These are by no means all the ways you can use the comma delimiter. Commas work with all symbols and macros.
