The editing capabilities available to you in a volatility skew window are
available to you in view mode. The miniature volatility skew window is governed by
the Vlty Skew menu.

Notice that the fields that comprise the skew definition are darkened. This
indicates that they are not accessible at this level.
The fields that are accessible (skew calculation fields) enable you to
re-calculate the skew curve and perform
You can also what-if volatility changes by adjusting the base volatility,
which shifts the entire skew curve. To accomplish this, click on the cyan arrows
in the lower left corner of the menu (see, above). Clicking on the up arrow
causes the skew curve to move up the Y axis, showing what happens if the
volatility increases. Similarly, clicking on the right arrow causes the skew curve to
move right on the X axis. Clicking on the arrow keys causes the shift amounts
to change and appear in cyan. Cyan values are locked. To restore the curve to
an un-shifted state (default), click on the cyan value with the left mouse key.
This causes the curve to return to its default position and changes the shift
values back to zero.
Note that the skew name is rendered in white. This means that the skew has
not been modified. If you modify this skew, its color in the Volatility Skews
menu will change from white to green, indicating that the skew has been modified
but not saved.
