Points

The Points field enables you to edit or suppress any point in the skew curve. Editing the points in a skew curve is particularly useful when you use a higher order polynomial, like a fourth order quadratic or fifth order hyperbolic. These algorithms are more sensitive to erratic volatilities in the input lines, but they typically produce more accurate curve fits. Because of their sensitivity to erratic volatilities, they can produce a wavy skew curve. By editing the points in the skew curve, you can smooth erratic points in a skew curve created with higher order polynomials.
