The Maximized Book Menu

To view the Book menu in maximized mode, toggle Minimized. The Minimized selection is a display state selection—that is, it tells you the current display state. Selecting Minimized changes the display state to maximized, and when the display state changes, the Minimized selection changes to Maximized.

Maximized view adds fields that show you realized profit and total commission costs for all the positions in all the strategies that make up the book. . Before the book menu will show commission costs, you must define a strategy.
